I wouldn't normally show a bread course as the first food pic of a restaurant, but this was extraordinary. Sourdough and house-made butter, a white asparagus and vendace row "dip" and a side of lardo. So Finnish with the vendace!

Yes, it really is that dark. They prefer the overhead lights turned off in preference of a more mellow atmoslhere.
