Keeping your restaurant website up to date

Last year, I was looking at Jean-Georges' website for his flagship in New York City and found this interesting description:

Yummy!

One problem. JG does NOT offer a three-course prix-fixe menu at dinner nor a two-course lunch menu.

JG offers a four or six-course menu at lunch and a six or 10-course menu at dinner.

The restaurant's format changed and the mistake was left on the website for months.

Without going in to greater detail, let's just say they were notified of this discrepancy. Their response? Silence. And the mistake lingered.

Which drives the point home. Even though menus change, sometimes by the hour, you must keep the overall details of your restaurant up to date: format, operating hours, how to reach you, reservation policies, dress code when applicable, FAQs
