JO (Tokyo) - Single Table Experience

There are only two restaurants in Tokyo with a star for beef specialties. JO is one of them. Today, only five diners will be seated at the counter to watch Jotaro Okubo create masterpieces in traditional, and also unique, preparations.

"Jamon style" beef and melting cheese inside the wrapper. Who wouldn't want 20 of these and a beer while watching sport?

shabu-shabu style

Pieces of fried heart with homemade mustard.

The main attraction. Charcoal grilled to the perfect temperature. The side of tangy, sweet, shredded beef with homemade acidic pickle. Plus a soul satisfying miso soup to finish.
