Evelyn's Table is a 12 seater below the Blue Posts Pub (which is below the Mulwray wine bar) that earned 1*, changed chef teams, and retained the star. There are two services and every seat is at the counter, which gives guests a thrilling view in to the prep, plating and minds of the chefs.
British Iberico pork, tomatoes, XO. Instead of sweetness from apples, acid from tomatoes. A delightful, unexpected pairing that served the pork well.
